El 18 d’octubre va tenir lloc la presentaci\u00f3 de l’Aula-Taller per a formaci\u00f3 en carnisseria i peixateria de Mercapalma.<\/p>\n

A l’acte, presidit per Guadalupe Ferrer, la Regidora de Regidora d’Economia, Comer\u00e7, Aut\u00f2noms, Sanitat, Consum, Mercats i Fires de l’Ajuntament de Palma, van assistir, Jordi Mora, president de PIMEM, Carme Aguil\u00f3, gerent de Palma Activa, Toni Fuster, Director General de Comer\u00e7, aix\u00ed com responsables de les empreses interessades en aquesta classe d’accions formatives.<\/p>\n

Les instal\u00b7lacions, situades en l’Edifici Administratiu s’han condicionat com a complex de formaci\u00f3 per a treballadors dels sectors de carn i peix fresc. Es pret\u00e9n que empreses de formaci\u00f3 de personal ho utilitzin per als seus cursos, dotant a la sala de treball amb s\u00f2ls impermeables i antilliscants, amb embornal d’acer inoxidable, aix\u00ed com d’un rentamans amb polsador de peu. S’ha dotat a la sala amb condicionador d’aire i amb material b\u00e0sic de les tasques a realitzar: una taula d’acer inoxidable amb aixeta de rentada i d’un bagul frigor\u00edfic vertical per a emmagatzematge de les mat\u00e8ries primeres del curs.<\/p>\n

Annex a la sala de treball estan, d’una banda un vestuari amb lavabo per a la preparaci\u00f3 de l’alumnat i d’altra banda una aula de formaci\u00f3 amb cadires escriptori i pissarra.<\/p>\n

Es respon aix\u00ed a una demanda hist\u00f2rica, ja que \u00e9s dif\u00edcil trobar aquest tipus d’instal\u00b7lacions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
