Des d&#8217;aquest punt s&#8217;organitza i gestiona la diversitat de productes, es mant\u00e9 la m\u00e0xima frescor i qualitat i es distribueixen de forma r\u00e0pida i efica\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 arribin a les cistelles de la compra de les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3690 \" src=\"https:\/\/mercapalma.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/mercado.jpg\" alt=\"mercado\" width=\"834\" height=\"559\" \/><br \/>\nMercapalma concentra la major oferta majorista agroaliment\u00e0ria de Mallorca en una superf\u00edcie distribu\u00efda en zones diferenciades. 7 pavellons: 2 de fruites i verdures i 5 polivalents; l&#8217;escorxador; zona d&#8217;activitats complement\u00e0ries, locals comercials i oficines, edifici administratiu i el situat de productors (3.240 m2 en els quals m\u00e9s de 70 agricultors i agricultores presenten les fruites i hortalisses acabades de recollir de les seves pr\u00f2pies finques).<br \/>\nEl pavell\u00f3 I i II, amb una superf\u00edcie de 5.624m2 cadascun, es componen de m\u00f2duls que les empreses majoristes de fruites i hortalisses utilitzen com a magatzem i zona de venda. L&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 de les noves tecnologies queda reflectida en els sistemes de recompte d&#8217;estoc i control d&#8217;aliments.<br \/>\nEl pavell\u00f3 III acull, majorit\u00e0riament, productes de la mar. A cada m\u00f2dul es cuida minuciosament de el peix per mantenir la seva frescor.<br \/>\nEls pavellons IV, V i VI alberguen majoristes de carn, peix i altres serveis complementaris en una superf\u00edcie de m\u00e9s de 10.000 m2.<br \/>\nLa zona d&#8217;activitats complement\u00e0ries (ZAC) ofereix a les empreses que ho desitgin parcel\u00b7les en les quals establir la seva empresa: log\u00edstica, magatzems, panificadores, sales d&#8217;especejament, f\u00e0brica d&#8217;embotits i centrals hortofruct\u00edcoles que ofereixen des de fruites ex\u00f2tiques fins a productes ja llestos per servir a la taula, l&#8217;anomenada quarta gamma.<br \/>\nEl pavell\u00f3 VII s&#8217;ha constru\u00eft inicialment di\u00e0fan, en una superf\u00edcie d&#8217;aproximadament 1.800 m2, i podr\u00e0 comercialitzar-se en espais menors, adaptant-nos a les necessitats del client.
